All Vendors Please Note:  10x10 and 5x10 booth fees include a $100 REFUNDABLE deposit.  This deposit will be refunded to vendors that set up on time and remain throughout the entire show..

$550 - Platinum Sponsor:  Logo or business name at top billing on entrance banner and on print media.
$450 - Gold Sponsor:  Logo or business name just below platinum level on entrance banner and print media.
$350 - Silver Sponsor: Business name entrance banner below the above sponsors.
$2,500 Diamond Sponsor: 10x10 booth space is included in sponsorship.  Booth will be immediately adjacent to the break area. Separate Diamond only Sponsor Banner in the education area near the projector screen.  Brief presentation time during one of the breaks in the break area (day and time as arranged).  Diamond Sponsor plaque for display in booth & business.
